Leah feels having support as you begin your health and fitness journey is very important emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually.

Leah Hemstreet has been in the health & fitness industry for 30 yrs. She is BCRPA certified! Leah began her fitness journey teaching fitness classes of all types. Later she moved into yoga, personal training, nutritional coaching as well as managing a few different fitness facilities. Only a few years ago Leah learned through an illness she suffered just how important it was to get to know her body from the inside out. She worked along with natural health doctors, homeopathy, blood analysis, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, massage and Natural health products. She eagerly tried everything to find a cure for her Irritable Bowel and Crohns disorder. Through consistency and perseverance  her cure came to her after sticking to a strict diet that contained no dairy products ,wheat or gluten. She also made sure to add exercise every day to her lifestyle for at least 30-60 minutes. This helped her to regain her strength and get back to her job she loves. After this health struggle, Leah obtained a certification in Nutrition and Life coaching. Leah is currently completing her Natural Health Degree.
Leah enjoys to spend time with her family and friends. Her hobbies consist of reading,writing, walking, exercising, communication with others and travelling when given the chance. She enjoys to educate herself whenever possible through taking courses ,workshops and reading.Sharing knowledge with others and striving to be well rounded in all areas of her life emotionally, physically, intellectually and spirituality is her goal! She is determined to write a health book one day soon!
