Leah Hemstreet has been in the health and fitness industry for 30 yrs.
She is BCRPA and Alive Health certified!
Leah aims to help her clients by "Creating healthy lifestyles" with them. She coaches them to live a healthy lifestyle by teaching them how to meal plan, meal prep, cook healthy meals, and add in movement and exercise that suits their needs by setting achievable goals with them that are sustainable for a healthy lifestyle.
Leah's health and wellness plan has been proven to work for the past 25+ years. She's helped thousands of clients lose hundreds of pounds throughout the years. She teaches "Everything in moderation" and no fad diets and the Inspired Changes lifestyle foundation she created is personalized for each of her clients. She customizes her client's nutritional needs based on their preferences, for example, eating styles such as vegan, vegetarian, Low-carb, keto, Paleo, and Mediterranean etc., she creates well-balanced meals and adjusts for any food allergies, illnesses, or medications.
