🔷Week 4 - Mindful eating and emotional wellness with journaling.
🔷Week 5 - Staying motivated with community sharing of progress.
🔷Week 6 - Overcoming personal barriers and recording activities.
🔷Week 7 - Celebrating progress with reflections and future planning.
