• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup skim milk
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

• 1 cup flax pancake mix

Preparation
Prepare the Crust
Add almonds, dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and salt to a food processor.
Blend until a sticky, crumbly mixture forms.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8-inch springform pan.
