Lisa Cutler

I’m a counsellor dedicated to creating a warm, compassionate space where clients feel deeply seen and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, family transitions, stress, and issues of self-esteem and overall well-being.
I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness and compassion. Drawing on my background in education and counselling, I integrate evidence-based approaches with emerging modalities such as Compassionate Inquiry (training with Gabor Mate), CBT, Solution Focused and Family Systems Therapy. These frameworks guide clients toward greater emotional clarity, self-connection and healing.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, gentle, and curious process – one that honours your unique story and helps you reconnect with your inner resilience and sense of wholeness.
